Create a diary in a word document of all the exercise you have done in the last 7 days you can title it “my weekly exercise”. Now think of some things you could do to improve this.
Carry out your own survey of people in your class to see how much exercise they do per week. The survey needs to be of 6 – 8 questions and easy to analyse, your findings can then be put into a graph using excel.
Research the issues behind excessive exercise, over-eating and under-eating and put into a power point presentation titled “why eating the right amount is important”, you can use these websites for help:

http://www.kidshealth.org/Find pictures of a famous person who is always in the news about their weight, make a collage either on the computer or with paper and glue of them using pictures and words to highlight the problems they face.
