- With a friend explain to them why they store foods in their chosen locations
- In a group of 2/3 people list all the precautions you or your family members take to prevent food poisoning at home.
- Share ideas with class and share cases of when you may have had food poisoning.
- Using Publisher or paper create a poster to put up in the school canteen to make staff aware of food hygiene
- At the end of lesson you will be asked to exhibit your poster and have the class assess your work.
- Be prepared to discuss as a class if you will do anything different in the kitchen now you are aware of the potential risks.
