  • Your teacher will explain an experiment: The Browning Apple Practical. You are to investigate the best way to prevent apples from browning once sliced looking at Temperature and pH. In Groups your apple is to be heated in water of 20oC intervals from 0oC to 100oC and washed in lemon juice, water and sugar solution.
