Use these 2 websites to research the role and structure of the blood vessels http://sln2/fi/edu/biosci/vessels/vessels.html and heart in the circulatory system www.getbodysmart.com/ap/circulatory/heart/menu/heart.html
- Draw heart and vessels on a blank diagram of a man using blue for veins, red for arteries. Your teacher should have a copy of this.
- If you are really brave your teacher will demonstrate a dissection of a heart. See if you can spot the chambers and valves you have just labelled.

- Once on the website click on ‘heart tours’ for a guided tour around the circulatory system
- Now click on ‘heart health profile’ to check the health of YOUR heart
