General Catering Manager Mr Thierry Leroy and his team welcome you to the New Catering section of the website where you will find: menus, food offers and prices as well as ideas for packed lunches, nutrition information, Special Day events and any other information related to food and beverage.
INTRODUCTION
The Catering Team is dedicated to providing the best in quality, price and nutritional value for all students and staff.
Always striving to provide healthy food, NLL Academy has decided to buy free range chickens, eggs and has started to introduce organic products (fruits, vegetables, even low fat organic burgers!).
We actively encourage healthy eating, and we aim to provide food which is:
• low in fat
• low in salt
• low in sugar
• high in fibre
• additive free
• preservative free
• colorant free
• and tasty!!
Chef Supervisor, Sue Fenton and the Catering Team compiles the menus following government guidelines, making sure the menus reflect the tastes of students in the school.
