We are delighted to be able to share with you the outcome of our recent OFSTED inspection, which took place on 12th and 13th of November 2019.

We are very pleased to say that OFSTED recognised the huge progress we have made as an academy and for the first time in its history, New Line Learning is now categorised as good. The outcome highlights:

Overall effectiveness Good
The quality of education Good
Behaviour and attitudes Good
Personal development Good
Leadership and management Good

The report praises the significant improvements the academy has made, recognising the ‘family feeling’ and highlighting that ‘leaders and staff expect the very best of pupils’. It goes on to detail the improvements made in the curriculum, teaching and outcomes since the previous inspection.

Mr Murphy, Headteacher for New Line Learning Academy said:  “We are very proud of what our academy has achieved over the last two and a half years. Pupils, parents and staff have worked tirelessly making our academy one that we genuinely all feel proud of. Our vision of ‘believe and achieve’ will continue to drive everything we do and we are excited about moving forwards, continuing to improve our academy for the local community”.
