Year 7 Girls Take To The Pitch

The Year 7 football team recently took part in a tournament, marking the first time the players had ever played together as a team.

At first, the experience was overwhelming as they adjusted to playing with new teammates and facing strong opposition. However, despite the challenges, the team showed excellent teamwork, determination, and resilience throughout the tournament.

Our students supported one another, worked hard on the pitch, and never gave up. Their effort paid off when they managed to secure a well-earned draw in one of their matches against Lenham.

Overall, it was a valuable experience for the team and a great start as they begin playing together.
