Duke of Edinburgh: Expedition Excitement!

Last  weekend,  a  group  of  our  students successfully  completed  their  Duke  of Edinburgh expedition,   demonstrating resilience, teamwork and determination throughout the experience.

Over the course of the weekend, students planned   routes,   carried   their   own equipment  and  worked  together  to navigate a series of challenges, all while enjoying the opportunity to spend time outdoors and develop valuable life skills. Despite  some  tired  legs  by  the  end, spirits  remained  high  and  students represented   the   school   brilliantly throughout the expedition.

Students  spoke  enthusiastically  about the  experience  afterwards,  with  one commenting, “It was exhausting but so much  fun  —  we  laughed  the  whole weekend.”

Another  student  said,  “I’m  really  proud that we completed it together. It felt like a huge achievement.” A third added, “The best  part  was  working  as  a  team  and getting  to  enjoy  the  outdoors  with friends.”

The expedition was a fantastic success, and  we  would  like  to  congratulate  all students  involved  for  their  positive attitude,  perseverance  and  excellent conduct across the weekend.
