Year 6 Transition Information Evening

On  Thursday  evening,  we  were delighted to welcome our incoming Year 6 students and their families for our   latest   Transition   Information Evening.

The  event  was  part  of  a  growing programme of activities designed to help  students  and  parents  become familiar with the school, meet key staff and ask any questions they may have ahead of September.

Families enjoyed exploring the school through an interactive treasure hunt, discovering important information and key locations along the way. There was also a well-deserved free ice cream for every Year 6 student to celebrate the end of their SATS week, which proved extremely popular!

It  was  wonderful  to  see  so  many families enjoying the evening together and  beginning  to  feel  part  of  our school community. We would like to thank  everyone  who  attended  and helped  make  the  evening  such  a success.

We  are  already  looking  forward  to welcoming students and families back for their 1:1 meetings on June 22^nd, and to visiting them soon in their primary schools  to  learn  more  about  them from their Year 6 teachers.
